Reservation Policy

• All tour and casino trip reservations must be secured by calling 417-239-1090 and booking your seat(s) on the bus.

Cancellation Policy

• Should you wish to cancel or change a tour or casino trip, please call 417-239-1090 to speak with one of our representatives. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. Please include your full name, tour date, and tour number/name.
• Gas Buster Tours dot COMmay not refund payment when a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the tour or for “no-shows” on the day of the tour.
• Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance of the tour are subject to a 25% of tour value per ticket, non-refundable processing fee. All cancellations must be made by calling one of our representatives.

Responsibility

• As a courtesy to other guests, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are on time for departure. If you miss the bus, you may be subject to the “no-show” fee of 100% the tour price.
• As a courtesy to other guests, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are on time for pick-ups from stops on any of our tours. If you miss the bus it will be your responsibility in arranging transportation back to your hotel. Gas Buster Tours dot COM will not reimburse for any transportation fees incurred from missing our bus.
• Gas Buster Tours dot COM is not responsible for any sightseeing closures, inclement weather conditions, injuries incurred at the sightseeing stops, or dissatisfied experiences while at the sightseeing stops. All refund request for sightseeing admission fees must be directed to the sightseeing stop’s customer service department. Gas Buster Tours dot COM only provides transportation services and is not affiliated with any of the sightseeing stops.
• Gas Buster Tours dot COM reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, acts of God, traffic congestion, mechanical failure, or for other circumstances beyond our control.
• Should Gas Buster Tours dot COM cancel a tour, refunds will be limited to the ticket price paid.
• Tour routes and descriptions are subject to change without notice at Gas Buster Tours dot COM's discretion.
• We are not responsible for stolen or lost articles left on our vehicles or terminal.
• At our discretion, management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who it may determine in good faith to pose a risk of injury to Gas Buster Tours dot COM, its employees or customers
